All are 100% pure beef with no fillers, Choose from Sirloin, Angus or Prime Rib. The Sirloin burger is the leanest with very minimal shrinkage, the Angus Pattie can flare up , & then the Prime Rib should be slow cooked as it will definitely flare up but produces incredible flavour.
