Sharon uses only wild caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, & stuffs it with Feta Cheese & Spinach. She tops it with a garlic & dill sauce which keeps it from sticking to the grill. Simply wrap in foil, bake or BBQ @ medium heat (350 ) for 15 - 20 minutes. This has very quickly became a customer favorite.
