These are clearly a customer favourite, we use large poritions of our premium air chilled chicken breasts, marinate them for 48 hours in a mango sauce & then garnish with Trading Post spice & sweet peppers. Each skewer weighs 3/4 to 1 lb & as a result are served as the main dish. BBQ time is 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
