Poultry
The poultry we offer at our fresh meat counter is free range, air chilled, hormone and antibiotic free! This all natural chicken is raised in Mount Albert, Ontario without preservatives and is free of salt water, ensuring less shrinkage. The birds we sell are allowed to mature slower than factory raised chicken — as such, you can expect the meat to be much more flavourful and firm.

- Boneless skin-on breasts
- Legs with thigh attached
- Wings (split and tipped)
- Ground chicken
We offer a wide selection of stuffed boneless skin-on chicken breasts prepared by Sharon and her team, both fresh and frozen. These 2-3 lb breasts will serve 3-4 people. You can choose from:
- Old fashioned bread stuffing
- Black forest ham & swiss cheese
- Broccoli & mozzarella cheese
- Cauliflower, bacon, & cheddar cheese
- Bruschetta
- Spinach & feta cheese
- Asparagus, mango & goat cheese
- Asparagus & herbed garlic cream cheese
- Sundried tomato sausage
- Brandied cranberry dressing
We also offer single servings of stuffed boneless skinless chicken breasts: feta & spinach or smoked ham & swiss cheese. Both selections are stuffed then rolled in panko bread crumbs for a crispy coating after baking!

Our ultimate garlic mango chicken kabob is a longtime customer favourite! Whether you’re cooking it on the grill or baking it in the oven, we recommend that you serve it over a bed of rice. Another customer favourite is Sharon’s chicken pies, which are available in family size. Choose from chicken & broccoli alfredo or chicken with vegetable.

Turkey
Our fresh turkeys are raised in Amherstburg, Ontario on a Certified Organic, owned and operated family farm since 1962.
Producing top quality, traditional farm fresh birds has been their specialty for almost 60 years. These birds are air chilled with no water, salt or additives. Fresh birds are available at Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas and should be pre-ordered to guarantee your size selection.
In our freezers we keep a selection of whole turkeys, stuffed turkey breasts (Sharon’s), ground turkey, legs and wings.
Smoked turkey legs are fully cooked and simply need to be heated.
Hayter’s Turkey farm is a 3rd generation family run turkey farm in Dashwood, Ontario. They have been an all year round supplier for us of what used to be seasonal cuts. Check our bunkers for ground turkey, turkey bacon, as well as two flavours of turkey burgers: onion & parsley, and cranberry & spinach.
