From Markham and northern GTA, drive east on Hwy 7 to the junction of 7/12. Go north on 7/12 to Hwy 7A. Turn right on 7A and continue to Simcoe Street. Turn north on Simcoe Street. Trading Post Quality Foods is on your right at Whitfield Road, just south of Seagrave.
