We have a large selection of locally caught fish as well as premium selections from around the world. We have built some very strong relationships in the fishing industry and as a result can get just about anything with just a few days’ notice.
Fresh salmon is a staple for many households so we always have Fresh Farmed Atlantic Salmon year round, while the wild caught British Columbia Salmon species follows the in-season availability.
We can custom cut or prepare anything to your specifications. You can have the whole fish, a side for the cedar plank, steaks or boneless fillets, your choice.
